For Our Customers in Kuwait

Timeframe: You may return or exchange products within 24 hours of purchase.

Condition: Items should be in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition.

Note: unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

 

For Customers Outside Kuwait

Applies to accessories only.

Returns: Must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Once shipped back, please allow 6–7 business days for inspection. Refunds will be issued as store credit to your account wallet.

Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours — we’ll cover the return shipping fees.
